Psychotherapy

Studies have shown that what tends to be most effective for people is a combination of therapy and medication management.  At TPS we have both of these treatment modalities available to you and encourage you to speak with us about what you think would work best for you as an individual.  

Individual Therapy

Individuals join a trained therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Weekly or bi-weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 50-60 minutes.

Relationship Counseling


For couples who have run into emotional trouble or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, relationship counseling is highly valuable.

Book Recommendations
